Branding your business or yourself with a Google+ Page create some confusion as it is too new and it is a luck of info about it. I hope I can give some light about branding.

What is the difference?
A Google+ Page is created to brand your business, yourself, or your Blogs/Sites. It is a different type of sharing, and fill the gap between a local business and global marketing.
Google+ Pages help you connect with your customers, can spend time with your team, and your fans.

The process is simple, intuitive and free. As it is a new feature of Google+ Social Network, we don’t have yet too much info about it, but I will give you a coupe of examples and at this point you can learn from what others are doing:
